The first few words emerge grudgingly. \u00a0It’s like my mind is rusty with disuse. \u00a0Writing truly is exercise. \u00a0It keeps those mental joints and tissues limber and supple.<\/p>\n

I got distracted the last couple days by technology of course. \u00a0Computers and their ilk are seductive. \u00a0They have an amazing ability to suck up time. \u00a0Before you know it you have wasted a day, two days or even weeks.<\/p>\n
